![]() ![]() Think of this projection similar to auto-run. The displacement angle ratio (X/Y coordinates) yield the same number for a specific amount of time. A bot will often follow a certain path until a point is reached. I am talking about avatar trajectory system. There is a way, but it's far more sophisticated than any orthodox approach. To the point, so how do we stop bots? It seems like there are no replacements for a human monitor but that may not necessarily be true. Specifically, bot users who do it not as a challenge to defy preventative AI, but to disrupt game play of others and try to make money off of a program they did not write. One thing I hate however is jerks riding on the coat tails of others and leeching off their success. There is now work in lieu of free time but now I get paid for using my brain and logic. So, creating a bot program was fun, even if the game was not. It was nothing more than having to much time on my hands in between school while pursuing higher education in programming and prided myself on logic and finite state automaton construction. That said, I have used hacks, cheats, bots etc before in other games, but not to gain a monetary stronghold or some in game status, but to challenge myself to see if I was smarter than the detection system. Before going further, allow me to admit something: I play this game 100% fair and square, I hate cheaters, "hackers" (aka cheaters using someone else's tool), and I enjoy a fair competitive play. ![]()
